Watching Torchwood, and it is officially creepy.
Even though this ghost-guy is kind of sexy in a badwrong way. And what's even creepier, in an almost Tennant-ish way.

Although the guy who plays Owen was great in this episode, and I love Gwen's boyfriend (he's so sweet!).
And yes, the young rapist guy was disturbingly Tennant-like.
