Post-flu, I've been feeling even weedier than usual. Usually when I get ill, it's just a cold, and I more or less function as usual. Occasionally, however, I get something a bit worse, and it strikes me down. (See: last Christmas.) So, I think that attempting to do the exercise thing would be a worthwhile use of time, this term. Today, there is absolutely no reason to leave the house, so I cleared the living room and did some random warm ups/exercises than I remember from karate classes.
They went... well? Um, my arms are trembling, which indicates two things to me. One: Amy is a weed, which I knew. Two: It did something, and that's pleasing. On days where I have classes, the walk to and from bus or train is at least something, especially if I jog bits, but I'm going to try and write down a list of things to do once a day.
