So, I got my Sexual Revolution essay back. *Bounce*
Man. She was so enthusiastic about it I felt embarrassed. But... well, happy. She praised my writing style, source use, structure (what? I rambled like a nutcase!), argument, the lot.
This is very, very good. Did very well on the Civil War one, too, so now I just have to get back the Bridget Cleary one. *pokes tutor*
Particularly as it's a similar subject my Mother did her degree on, so I couldn't have got away without showing her. I win!
Slightly more worrying is this stupid elective essay I have to do for next term. I can't take most of the books home because they're in the short loan section, so I only have two, plus the subject... really isn't my thing. I chose the question on fandom, but I know very little about the technicalities and academic side, and my bibliography's going to be a joke. And this one (unlike the three I did this term, which were formative) actually counts towards my overall grade. D:
But! Nearly done for the term. No seminar tomorrow, since it got moved to next term, so I shall go a-Christmas shopping in Brighton, then home on Saturday. It will be blissful.
Back home in a few hours, after buying a course pack and a coffee and having my last seminar of the term. *flits off*
