Re: this, now it's even worse. I tried a system restore (the non-destructive one) and it got rid of all my programs, too. So, internet connectiness, antivirus stuff... waugh. I will throw myself on the mercy of my father later, to see if I can help, but augh.

I tried undoing it, but it won't show me any restore points other than yesterday's - which changes nothing. Waugh. At this point I'd happily go back to just having lost files.

...Anyone?
