I haven't seen Torchwood beyond Countrycide (mainly because I just haven't got round to it yet rather than I don't like it) - how much does it link in to Doctor Who?

Not at all for most of the season, apart from Jack's presence, and the ramifications of Doctor Who on him. But then...

Right at the very end of the last episode, Jack sees the Doctor's hand start behaving oddly... then the sound of the TARDIS engines comes in, it cuts, and none of the others can find him in the next scene. He's a-gone!
