Not so bad. Started work on the monitor mod again. Still no job tho'.

Something I've found works very well with chicken pieces is to squeeze a whole lemon over them and smother the skin in chilli powder. You might want to be careful deglazing the pan to make gravy- its quite powerfully lemony. Works well with limes too. I've not tried other citruses though. I don't know how well it would work with a whole chicken. There'd have to be much basting I think.
