This is the best recap I have read so far. BRILLIANT.

Yeah, I know - Tonks and Lupin, it's called birth control potion and/or contraception charms! Every het fanfic I've ever read refers to it! Tom uses two varieties to keep Door from getting knocked up. COME ON!
